Exchange rate policies
In Y/OUT we offer an immediate exchange for color, size or product of your choice according to store availability.
The exchange must be made within 30 days after the product is delivered and must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in perfect condition, clean and without signs of use.
- The product must be returned in optimal conditions in its original packaging, with its respective labels and well folded.
- Once the product is in our possession, the team will ensure that the above conditions are met to proceed to make the change, if the conditions are not met, the product will be returned to the customer without making the change.
If the buyer notices any defect or damage to the product upon receipt, you must contact our WhatsApp line +57 3146159570 as soon as possible, no later than 45 days after receiving the order, you must attach photos and a brief description of the defect or damage. When the product is in our possession it will be inspected, if Y/OUT considers it defective we will exchange it for the same product and size.
The carrier is responsible if the product is lost, stolen or damaged on the way back to our facilities.
We recommend that you send it through the courier service Envía, Coordinadora, Servientrega or a shipping company where the product can be tracked for greater security.
