To shop at Y-out.com follow these steps:

Search for the product you want to buy, you can browse through the categories in our menu or use the search sign, when you find it select the size and add it to your shopping bag by clicking the ADD TO CART button.

After adding it you can continue browsing to add to the bag the products you want, once you add them all, go to your shopping bag on the top right. In the summary that you will find, verify that the products that are in your bag are the ones you added previously and click FINISH SHOPPING.

Enter your personal and delivery information or if you are already a customer enter your email and password.
Choose the payment method you want and receive your order at the door of your home or office.

In the online store you can make your payment by credit card, PSE (debit card, savings account or checking account), digital wallet, Efecty or Gana.

I can't complete the purchase with my card in the online store. Why? Verify that the data entered is correct (card number, security code, among others), if it is a PSE payment verify that you have all the permissions to make online purchases through your account.

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
