In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in the law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 working days from the delivery of the product, this must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Step by step to make the return through our website:

1. Log in to the Y/OUT website.
   
2. Click on “ACCESS”. You can find it on the top right hand side
   
3. Log in with your email address you used to place the order.
   
4. Check your email for the login code. When you log in you will see all the orders you have placed.
   
5. Click on the order you want to return and click on request return.
   
6. Select the reason for which you are returning the order
   
7. Click on request return and the return will be generated.
   

You can make the return during the next 5 working days after you received your order, after the request Y/OUT will give you an answer in the next 3 working days.
